Returns are generated from two sources: (1) farming income distributions paid quarterly based on the property's operational profit, and (2) land capital appreciation realised at exit. Target returns shown are projections based on historical performance.
Co-investments are typically illiquid for the stated minimum term. After the minimum term, investors may exit via secondary transfer (subject to available buyers), refinancing, or at the scheduled property sale. We facilitate exit processes for all investors.
Yes. Aussie Prime Farms operates under applicable ASIC regulatory frameworks. All investment products are issued with a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). We recommend all investors read the PDS and seek independent financial advice before investing.

Agricultural co-investments may have specific tax treatment including potential depreciation benefits, primary production concessions and capital gains implications. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified tax adviser familiar with Australian agricultural investment.
Cash distributions are paid quarterly, directly to your nominated bank account. You'll also receive detailed quarterly reports on farm performance, revenue, costs and your distribution calculation.
